For this project it was the goal to design a travel experience from scratch. I came up with ‘Mars Voyager: an airline and experience agency that offers transfers to Mars. It was important to accentuate the ease and breeze of travelling to this destination. ‘Hitchhike to the red planet’ became the tagline. Visual branding was inspired by 70’s hitchhiking imagery combined with a comic book illustration style. Combining visuals that evoke a sense of freedom in our minds with landscapes that were, up until now, the stuff of dreams and drawings.
